Monthly Real Estate Investing Newsletter: This information packed newsletter highlights our last meeting. It also provides ideas and strategies which are working for investors. It includes tips and advice from some of the most knowledgeable investors in Pensacola and the United States.

Networking: Our informal meetings enables investors of all experience levels to meet and talk with other investors, both beginners and professionals.

Library: Gulf Coast REIA has one of Florida's largest and most extensive libraries of real estate books, tapes and video tapes. These can be borrowed by local members free of charge.

Real Estate Investors Packet: We offer a packet full of Landlord Management forms (rental applications, leases, eviction forms, etc.), library list, membership contact list, several tips sheets and the latest newsletter.

Membership: Membership dues are just $50.00 for a single membership and $75.00 for a co-membership. Membership fees includes an end of the year dinner at a selected local establishment. Your first meeting is free, and you can bring a friend.
